Full Job Description
Organize, update, and maintain personnel records as internal databases
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, paklaring (working experience letter), BPJS, and reference letters, and any documents related to HR
Assist employees during the onboarding and off-boarding period
In charge of medical reimbursement verification.
Socialized and implement any company policy, SOP, memorandum, etc
Liaise with external partners to make sure on legal compliance
Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information
Work closely with users and employees to improve work relationships, accommodate user needs, & translate into initiatives
Participate in all HR projects or events
Support creative designs
Min. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University in any major
Experience in the HR field of at least 1 Year
Willing to work in Medan area, North Sumatera
Good analytical thinking and oriented
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written)
Have knowledge of labor law
Excellent leadership skills and team player
